  just pick up a form from your nearest county court, all very simple to complete.
  
  i have never read a legal book in my life but have a 100% record in winning for myself and for companies that i have worked with.
  
  send me an e mail with the details i will try to advise, basically it is all about keeping things simple and using as less words as necessary.
  
  judges hate jargon or hearsay stuff.

  I have just spoken to my lawyer grandson. He said the link Bern gave was the best one, any problems go to citizens advice and lastly if you are owed money do not forget to claim interest (I think he said it was 8% per day).
