  I understand your frustration Ian, but while there may have been no action before, we do need to sort it out.
  
  Thanks for the photo Alexander, but was it picked up and put in an appropriate receptacle - ie a bin - any litter bin will do ?
  
  Everyone I speak to about dog-poo says the irresponsible dog-owners are a disgrace, but still we can't reduce it.
  
  Breaking through the ignorant, lazy, disgusting habit of not picking it up, is very difficult.
