Those pictures really make the point..fairly awful to see this kind of thing. People do the same thing on the beach but fortunately we have a great team of cleaners down here. I imagine they are from the Dover Harbour Board but they really do a great job of keeping everything pristine.
But this just reminds me of something I saw the other day...
The Premier Inn carpark. The coach driver sweeps his rubbish out onto the street...I assumed he was going to pick it up as he was fastidious and taking a long time about things. I went off about my business but when I looked later the rubbish was still there but the coach/driver was gone..
