    Well I am up most of the time day and night because of my legs and just sleep in the chair .But I do not think you need so much sleep as you get older anyway, us older ones are not so active as we were in our working days.But again as for myself I find two hours at a time in a chair or bed is about right but I do that about 4 to 5 times in any 24hours.Also some of the pills I am on send me to sleep for a short time.But I will not drive for about two hours after taking them.
