  Quite what 'they' are all complaining of is a difficult thing to pin down.
  What we can be certain of is that, given the fact that stuff happened a long time ago, these offences (of a sexual nature) were perpetrated by adults upon children:their own children, children 'of the offending adult's group' and children supplied through the State Care System for the sole purpose of sexual abuse, more than a simple few of the last group were murdered or 'disappeared' also.
  Perhaps you and I Roger are of the happy few not to have been betrayed in this way, but for those who underwent such organised and sustained degradation - plied with drugs and alcohol, mollified by 'trusted' adults (into whose care they had been entrusted by Local Authorities and the Courts), expected to look upon it all as a 'treat' and made to feel that the fault lay with they themselves.
