  I don`t think that Roger really needs to quantify anything keith. The simple and truthful point that he`s making is that we are quite happy to deport from this country a decent, hard working professional person ( in fact someone from a Commonwealth country, which used to mean something! ) whilst thousands of foreign deadbeats and criminals remain here by using, amongst other things, the European Court of Human Rights as their "get out of jail free card". ( No pun intended! )
