Keith.
The obvious question is how did he get £440.000 legal aid in the first place?
But my question would be.
How does one case of fraud cost £440,000 and who gets this £440.000?

i am guessing that this in reference to asil nadir of the polly peck empire, if so then the case would go on for ages and 440 grand in legal fees wouldn't go far.

he claimed he was penniless when putting in for legal aid

howard
if he can afford a £20,000 a month mayfair flat then he can afford his own legal aid
it shouldn't be for rich
