    At Age Concern we have no end of problems with SOME immigrants and what we hope is their attempted shop lifting. The number of times we have seen them about to put stuff in their bags or pram hood are too numerous to count. We have found the best deterrent is to blatently follow them round the shop. The new distraction is the hordes of young children that spit up so you can't keep an eye on all of them, it is getting so bad we have discussed not letting more than two children in at a time.
