if you ask the shopfitters they will always say yes, who can forget those wags that fitted out poundland. written in bold letters in the window was "sex shop coming soon".

The shop on the corner of Ladywell and High Street is having work done to it as well, so hopefully more shops will be opening.

there are always shops opening and closing, our town centre overall does a lot better with regard to occupied retail units than most others.
