Lots of vitriol and anxst, but without the rates we would not have the money to pay off the high rollers at KCC when they finish their contracts early would we
Perhaps we could suggest that they don't have clauses in their contracts that entitle them to anything unless they have stayed in post for 40 years. It could be called a pension

But DDC collects the rates and pays them over to central government (and gets a10% back) so nowt to do with KCCBeen nice knowing you :) - 30 November 2012 15:44203986
