    Thanks Colin, I'm on to week two now and though the blisters are going (thankfully confined they were confined to my back) I am still in a fair bit of pain. I have been warned that the pain can go on for a while though. I'm having trouble sleeping, although that's nothing new. I'm still carrying on regardless, did an interview and photo shoot with the local paper today and am off to London during the week.
