Thank you for your good points Marek,all I can say about the person who done it at 0700hrs he had the broom upside down.
he might have even been sleep walking.
just to add to this and what Mr Perkins said,I was on the walking path all the time I was cleaning the path I did not go onto the road at anytime so it was the same for me as it is for anyone walking up the hill or down it,also I do not agree with how many of the public walk up and down there in one day,but that does not matter anyway the speed of the cars need to be be down to 40 or even less over the whole hill.
