  Introduced to Poundland in Pencester Road and clearly not thought out. In the Folkestone shop it is clear where to queue and when your turn comes you can choose a self service or serviced check out. Chaos in our one with nobody really knowing where the queue starts and everything seems cramped.

  They really need a bigger shop - perhaps over the road when M&S move out?
