  I left school (Astor Secondary) at age 15 and did a fair few low paid jobs, indeed even in one bad year self-employment in 1990 I earned less than the equivalent of someone on the min wage now.
  
  If you have personal knowledge of any business breaking the law then report that business - I suspect your statement though is just that, empty talk.
  
  Howard - you clearly lack an understanding of how the market works. The minimum wage provides a comfortable norm eliminating wage competition for low skill work. Create a norm and you lock people in.
