Sorry up what I can not understand why so long it geting them back and open,? why does it always have to be Dover that so long in geting anything done if at all?.all around us other towns are pushing ahead working with each other and moving forward for the better and Dover can not even get a toilet open on the front. Look what Margate are doing Folkstone and others but poor old Dover still the same from after the war infact it is not so well off now as it was after the war. There must be soming we are all missing and again it must be the way the councils both of them are set up,As I said I do think it is time to go back to the days we had one council running the show we were much better off it was not till Dover moved to have two councils one red and one blue that it all went wrong.Going on the above post does that mean the public only go to the toilet for 8 weeks ayear when walking along its front.

it is the tender that has an 8 week limit, if the toilets ever open it will be from easter till the end of september.
