    We are again moving away from what I have said nothing to do with a psyche or anything but are they safe to be left like that where young ones play? .I say they are not, they are needed but there was a better way of doing it cost a lot more funding again a lot more but it would have been safe ,But I hope I am wrong time will tell but please do not lets run away over this.I do not think there is anymore to be said about it other than wait and see .Thank you.
