  Blimey...they have improved and no mistake!
  Looking to all intents and purposes like bits of awful scrub for so long ..they now deliver beautifully. Well done Howard with the pix. I hadnt seen or expected such a transformation. Have noticed too that the seafront flowerbeds have now all been planted by DDC with little new plants so they should flourish with colour before too long...giving tourists and those who live here a real summery boost.

  In my opinion they still look like scruffy weeds rather than attractive wild flowers.

  A bit of gorgeous summery sunshine and the 'wild meadow' areas come along a treat..bursting forth and very colourful as you can see..
