  DFDS and LD propose to take on the Rodin, Berlioz and Nord Pas de Calais, and dispense with the Moliere. Plan is to run the Nord Pas de Calais to Dunkerque in addition to the three DFDS ferries, with the Rodin and Berlioz to Calais. They are offering one Euro for each ship, hence the offer of 3 Euros for the company and its liabilities.
