  It does all look very impressive but seems very much focused on the seafront and the castle. The need for better linkage between town and seafront doesn't seem to be being addressed. I know there is this landbridge thingy but to create a 'flow' I think there still need to be more - the underpass could be sorted out to make it more attractive and another crossing created by the junction with Woolcoomber Street and the Gateway flats. I don't suppose the residents would support it but that gateway in the flats would make a natural thoroughfare. (Over to you, Paul!)
