    Just had an email telling me I can expect a parcel delivery between 15.47 and 16.47 today. Brilliant service giving me such a precise delivery...

    But, why, oh why, is it the only time during the day when I am not here to receive it... I am meant to pop out at 15.45 to help a client with an on-line tax issue and wont be back until 5pm.
