    Alexander, surely this is what being a good neighbour is all about?

    Who would wish to begin a conversation down the pub with, "I walked past two people ripping the plaque of the War Memorial late last night...I thought they must have been contractors."?

    As we discovered here a few months ago it is often just a shout of recognition that scatters the wrong-doers.
