    A substantial part would come from the benefits the State would be saving on JSA and housing benefits. The rest would be added from the Treasury.

    The 100,000 newly employed would then invest their earnings in the economy.
    And we'd have more people keeping an eye open on the streets to prevent theft and criminality in general.
