It has been announced today that Strathclyde will send five times as many police on the beat, and this using existing funding. Other Scottish Police forces are poised to follow example!
The promise is that there will be no tea and biscuit approach to crime, but a hard-edge crack-down.
This is what we need, brave Scots who stand up and massively increase out-put even in the face of massive cost-cutting!
