  I parked outside of Shatterlocks this afternoon with the front of my car just abutting the restrictive yellow lines when someone reversed to within two inches of my cars front parking on the lines. He then had the nerve to walk to the rear of his car to admire his parking,smiled at me and walked off.
  There is a driver of non English parentage who parks every afternoon on the yellow lines outside of 'Little Astor' without fear of facing a penalty. Perhaps the traffic enforcement officers could be encouraged to patrol our schools instead of waiting for those who have paid for parking inadvertantly arriving back late to their cars.
