    IMHO Braclays Bonk are far the worst of all the High Street Banks.

    As for calls to the home phone, I pleasantly inform them I will oblige with answers to their questions once they have passed my security checks. It never ceases to amaze me that we are supposed to be compliant and provide answers to their personal questions, but they don't seem to think we have the right to do the same. One caller accused me of being "difficult", which suprised me as I was expecting "racist" as that's the easier accusation to make.
