  this applies to our mobiles, if you get a call from someone claiming to be an engineer hang up straight away.
  
  they will ask you to press *90 or *09.
  
  if you do this the fraudsters will be able to make calls at your expense.
  
  this maybe an internet wind up but better to be safe than sorry.
