  They will fight tooth and nail Peter, it was a shock result that sent their shares tumbling this morning. I read at least 15 years ago that tied pubs went against EU competition laws but nothing was actually taken any further.

  Will only legitimise what landlords have been doing for years . Pity about rents though.
