    the subject was raised some time ago about sandwiches at district council meetings, now the issue has moved to county hall.

    the yellows are saying that if councillors brought their own grub along to meetings it would save £.7000 over a year, whilst paul carter made an impassioned speech about a person's right to enjoy a pork pie.

    the thing that struck me was that the yellow chap that advocated the saving must have weight the best part of 25 stone so he could probably go for 6 months without the urgent desire to munch on a sausage roll.
