    No it is not .I think I will hire a hall and sit you disbelievers down and explain.Meanwhile in 1987 River elected its first River Parish Council.The District Councillors are not part of Dover .We donot sit on The Dover Town CouncilWe have our own Chairman and he or she wears a chain of office.We have two Village signs one each end of the village.We are supported by the KALC.We hold our own remembrance services.We have our own Parish precept .River does not contribute to the Dover Town Council precept thank god .
    Dover Town Council elects it’s Councillors but that does not give then a seat on DDC .
    The River Parish Council status was decided in 1987 by the Boundary Commission .The first Council was elected in April 1987 it has ten members.
    I cannot draw a map on my computer .The ward of St Radigunds starts in Crabble Avenue .Which is within the Boundary of Dover.We are surrounded by the Parishes of Alkham,Temple Ewell and Hougham,and Whitfield .So you dis believers I’m willing to give you a lecture .I was trained as an Instructor ,
