    there cartainly contriversial howard,but if they are only retriving the bell for a memorial all well and good.but if they disturb the rest there will be some out cry from the desendts of those who died on that ship.in the articall it does say that the ship is in two halves and 2 miles down,so would inmadgin it would be a robotic sub with cameras going down to take a look.
