    It would appear that the money is now with the blue rinse brigade who have paid off their mortgages and have a disposable income.It will become very difficult for the current generation to ever reach this position as house prices rise far quicker than salaries.

    Like most people in the early 70's my house was only about twice the size of my annual income thats not the case these days.

    Anyone wanting to work from Dover for SAGA in Hastings will probably incur a move as commuting there by car or rail would be too time wasting or not cast effective so I doubt that poor ol' Dover will benefit that much. One can only hope Dover will benefit from yhe new posts in Folkestone and Hythe.
