    "The Government is considering ordering an inquiry into state-run children's homes after nine men were jailed for abusing children from homes in Rochdale. The Independent on Sunday reports that the Government has warned of "eye-watering" evidence of the abuse of care homes in England. Children's Minister Tim Loughton has said the level of abuse in homes has been "widely underestimated" and suggested he will take the matter further."
