    Yes there are indeed parts of it that a 1,000 monkeys with typewriters could have done a better job with, but our venerable judges could equally have done a better job at putting it into practice.

    I do however disagree with you about the Act being wrong in itself - the principle of having a codified "Bill of Rights" is a good one
