  Funnily enough it really does not - it is just the way that our judges have chosen to interpret it thus creating precedent.
  
  We really do have to stop screwing ourselves over like this and play the game the same way our European neighbours do.
  
  Whilst we are about it we should throw out the US:UK extradition treaty and European Arrest Warrants and renegotiate them to make them much fairer to UK citizens and genuine residents
