    Last year, 48% of surveyed staff told us what they thought about their working life.

    They wanted better communication with senior managers, improved appraisal and to be able to work more effectively as teams.

    We have listened and taken action. What can we do better.

    At this very time the East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust is doing a NHS Staff Survey 2011,

    Tell us more-fill out your staff survey, All this sounds like a caring move by both the Trust and its staff,and will bring about a better service to the public.
