  Vic, you astound me. You cannot disagree with someones own experience or opinion, you can only say it was different for you. we have had some appalling experiences with hospitals and a very very few decent ones. Yes, the public can be rude, and staff should not have to put up with discourtesy. Ditto the general public. And I am annoyed that you state, as if i is fact, that there is "nothing wrong with our hospitals". Grow up.
