  just goes to show how our experiences differ, myself and vic for example - probably because we use different departments.
  
  every time someone rings me for a procedure they always say it is at q.e.q.m each time i tell them that i can choose any hospital i like under rules laid down by the last government and they dutifully book me in at the k & C.
  
  i have never been offered an appointment at canterbury as first option so it must be assumed that they are having difficulty finding the patients to go there.
