    Yes I heard it Martin,but you as I understand it will keep black sacks only if your property doesnt allow wheelie bins,eg opens up on to pavement,severe steps or flats although I have heard of wheelie bins being delievered to flats and then taken away the next day.

    I have also heard that the same flats have 2 kitchen caddies for food waste between 12 flats so it seems confused.My problem is while Veolia are looking at the properties to see if they can take wheelies they cannot see if the people behind the doors are disabled old or blind.

    You can appeal against your wheelie bins but again things seemed confused as I have heard this takes upto 6 weeks for an assement and then it is done over the phone.
