    Cracking job all round

    Definitely SNAFU

    Does anyone know:-

    (a) Who instigated the cost cutting exercise? Was it at the behest of DDC or Veolia?

    (b) Who gave the final authorisation and based on what cost/benefit analysis?

    (c) What was the intention as far as the putative cost savings were concerned? Would they be passed on to taxpayers or was there another more pressing need with DDC?

Mr. Aziz - you get paid a lot of taxpayer's money to do your job. You'll pass the buck I'm sure but the initial questions must start at your door.

I'm not holding my breath for an answer.
