For many years we have seen this happing but never so bad as it is now all main Rds and A@B/roads have a build up of rubbish like never before and we and vistors to Dover see it 24/7 there is not a lot of cars and lorrys on the rds right now ,so why they not out there cleaning it away .There must be ways to get out there to clean it up .We keep our close clean of rubbish not much to clean up at most times but when there is we just pick it up and put it in a bin but you must wear cloves .

Why do,people throw their rubbish out of windows? In some parts of Dover they just lean out of their windows and throw their rubbish.

When I lived in Germany and France and even where we stay in the highlands now all the streets are very clean because the folk who live there clean it up .

Garlic's better, especially if it's dark and there's a musty smell.

On more than one occasion we,ve had rubbish flytipped on a piece of ground close to our house.I,ve reported it to the council and 2 weeks later its still there.I,ve often ended up taking it to the tip myself.

The A256 between Whitfield and Eastry is particularly bad at the moment.
The verges were cut back at some point last year, but that being the perfect time to clear the rubbish, nothing was done.

Mr Karlos that is what I was thinking all the main roads are bad .I have always said when they are cutting back the verges etc why are they not picking up the rubbish at the same time,I wrote years go to the KCC about it ,they did not even write or phone back. they must drive around and see like rest of us do.

I agree with Roger the refuse collection side of the council are good, very little mess afterwards and a missed collection is dealt with within 24 hrs plus the actual bin men I have met are helpful and friendly.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

Come at live at Aycliffe.. Took a very long time for someone to finally come round every week and clean up the litter after the Refuse collection. At one stage they used to come round before the refuse collection. The residents had put in so many complaints. Quiet often the company did not even bother to clean up. We still have to remind viola they need to do a clean up...
