  We was along Deal seafront today as you know the wind was very high. There was no rubbish nothing,we went in the cafe we always go in for fish and chips, we was siting in the window when all this rubbish blow pass the window and there was more then I notice the cage lorry that goes round and take out the rubbish from all the bins and puts it in the cage on the back of the lorry, which he was doing, but then moving off with the cage open and all the rubbish was coming out of the open door.After our meal we went looking for the driver of that lorry and found him talking outside the gents to a mate the cage was still open.I went up to him and told him what was happing because he had not shut the cage door,He said" iTS OK TO DO IT BECAUSE THE ROAD CLEANER WILL BE AROUND ON Monday cleaning up the road,well must say I found it hard not to have ago at him but I did tell him that he should think more about what he has done and now the public will see it all blowing about ,he seem not to care about it,I went back to the car to get pen and paper to take his number down but he must have seen what I was doing and he drove off, I went after him but could not find him,I hope the D.D.C. Leader reads this post and can see if they can get him.the lorry number did start is a F but I would know the driver if I saw him again and I will keep a lookout for him,this kind of thing goes on all the time and it must be stoped.
