What on earth is going on regarding rubbish collection, I have a small container for plastics, not big enough so put plastics in plastic sack, and recycle-able carrier bags, and place on the box, so rubbish does not go everywhere, a fortnight ago and today collection men rip open sack empty plastic bottles etc, then put the recycle-able carrier bags and plastic bag back into box, all ripped open so cannot reuse, for it to blow everywhere.
We were told we had to have these containers and unsightly bins to recycle these items, but evidently plastic is not plastic, or recycle-able bags are not recycle-able anymore, so instead of recycling I will be putting it all in my normal household collection, what on earth do we pay council tax for.
