  I've just given up on trying to get in touch with someone from the RSPCA to get some advice and possibly help to extract this little sweetie from under the floorboards in an empty house in Walmer - all I can say is AAAArrrrggghhhh
  
  There's nothing obvious in the phone directory, finally on the web I found a national enquiry line with endless menus, instructions, options, apologies for keeping me waiting and crap classical music but total failure in contacting a human being after 30 minutes. So if the little blighter doesn't take the hint and come out for the food and water left for it then it's the heavy mob tomorrow.
