  Apparently the States have agreed a Bank Holiday on April 28 to celebrate Wills and Kate's marriage. Some of the schools also have an extended holiday. Has there been any decision in England yet?

  yep,two bank holidays friday and the following monday.it makes an intresting couple of months,the wedding bank holidays follwed by easter bank holidays closly followed by 2 bank holidays in may.the wedding bank holidays are a one off.

  Yes as Brian says there Marek we're all having a day off so that we can go...alas however a tube strike by the RMT Union will scupper any chance of people movement.
  
  There was an interesting story on local television last night.. a Kent girl called Kate Middleton has had her accound disabled on Facebook..they thought she was taking the p, but her name is actually really Kate Middleton!
  
  Ponder wistfully...am I the only person on the planet who doesnt belong to Facebook. Im aiming for the Guinness Book of Records !!

  a bit on the news yesterday showed a factory in china making a lot of the memorabilia.
  
  surely it could have been made in the u.k.

  it might be worth diapearing for a few days during the wedding,some where there no tv or radio.
  or alterativly a tent and sleeping bag outside the church.

  I tried Facebook for about a week and got fed up with all the complete strangers wanting to be 'my friend'.
  
  While on the subject of bank holidays anyone else think there are too many of them in the Spring and not enough in the Autumn.

  I am dreaming of bank holidays but frankly I have a feeling it will my busiest time!
  
  We have the wedding fayre at Detling and a show at Sheppey as well, so its all go go go!
