    Your post no. 4 Neil, is a very big step for Dieter and for Dover and will make a great deal of difference to Dover and many types of businesses here.

    A Centre of Maritime Excellence is just what Dover needs and will raise our profile enormously, but we as a Town, must then move up and live up, to that and until the Town Team get the appropriate funding for a Town-Team Manager - and appoint one, nothing will change.
    The Town and District Councils are working on Section 215s, so the fabric of the buildings will start to improve and make a difference, it's then the fabric of the Town itself than needs moving forward.
