a bit of a epidemic this morning 0715., encounterd 1 outside costa/hsbc, 3 in the old m&s pencester doorway , 1 in in the Aycliffe bus stop and 3 in pencester gardens.

Not sure which are rough sleepers or not as some arrive between 6 and 7 am making it look like they have been there all night thus improving their begging revenue.

You'd think once they collected a bit of money they'd move on to a better town centre? Canterbury perhaps?

As long as there are well meaning idiots who keep on giving them money they will stay, especially as some of them have homes here.
