went into town this morning [8 o'clokish] gets to the york st/folkestone rd roundabout,notised some gezzer crashed out [asleep] on the actull roundabout,one of the daftest places and dangerous places to sleep.on saying that there was a tent pitched on the western hieghts roundabout a couple of weeks ago.

Talking about rough sleepers I came across someone sleeping in a pup tent in the side garden by St Paul's church in Dover a while back
