    I think the foster parents, the children, Social Services, racism or any other subject that you can think of that are important to somebody can be pertinent at election time.

    The ridiculous situation with Rotherham is that the foster parents political leanings were taken into account after the children were placed in their care. If a foster parents political views are so important why is that not a question on the initial application form.
