  I do think that people from overseas should serve their prison sentence back home, where ever that is.
  
  When foreigners come here, it must be made clear to them that their country of origin must be known to us or they can't stay; it must also be made clear to them that if they commit a crimiinal offence, then they will be sent back.
  
  We were burgled back in January, hell of a mess and the stress on Jean was enormous; the burglar was caught and it turned out he came from Albania - he lived just round the corner from us.
  A suspended sentence and a few hours community service - a big deterrent I'm sure (not).
  
  He should have known that if he did it (or any crime) and was caught, he would be sent back to Albania.
  
  If they won't tell us their home country, they don't stay and if they don't sign the form to say they agree (that they'll be sent back), they don't stay.
