    There is an agreement already in place which allows for foreign nationals to be repatriated however unless there is definite proof of their nationality and identity some other countries refuse to accept them back.Also some countries have different sentencing especially regarding drugs so an 8 year sentence over here may only have attracted a 12 month sentence in Holland.
